How does the contactless trailer rental process work?
You book online, submit the required information, receive pickup instructions, pick up the trailer yourself, and return it when your rental is complete.
Do I need a driver’s license to rent?
Yes. A valid driver’s license is required before pickup. You may also be asked to provide additional information for verification.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Renters are responsible for making sure they have proper vehicle insurance coverage before towing the trailer.
What size trailer do you offer?
We currently offer a 20-foot car hauler trailer designed for hauling vehicles, equipment, and materials.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit may be required and can be used for damages, late returns, cleaning, missing equipment, or policy violations.
Where do I pick up the trailer?
Pickup details are sent after your booking is confirmed and your information is verified.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, rentals are self-pickup only. Delivery is not currently offered.
What happens if I return the trailer late?
Late returns may result in additional charges. Please return the trailer at the scheduled time to avoid extra fees.
Can I rent the trailer overnight?
Yes. Overnight rentals are available depending on availability.
What should I do before towing?
Make sure your vehicle can safely tow the trailer, your hitch is compatible, all lights are working, safety chains are attached, and the trailer is properly secured before leaving.
